Pawan's Vehicle To Pose Big Problems?

Pawan's Vehicle To Pose Big Problems?

The new vehicle acquired and readied by Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan for his election campaign is all set to bring him more problems.

He had painted it with olive green colours and had fixed internal and external lighting to facilitate his tour even at night.

The vehicle is also equipped with a public address system for him to use it for the street-corner meetings during the election campaign.

Pawan Kalyan had posed at his new vehicle and posted the photographs in the social media claiming big about it.

The very look of the vehicle resembles the fighter tankers used by the armed forces both in colour and appearance.

However, he is being criticised now for the colour and the model by the ruling YSR Congress party leaders and the officials of the State government.

Former minister for Transport, Perni Nani said that the olive-green colour is not permitted for the civilians as it was exclusively given to the armed forces.

Additional commissioner for transport, Prasada Rao, found that the vehicle’s chassis number had to be verified to know whether the vehicle was registered as a goods vehicle or passenger vehicle.

If the vehicle is registered as a passenger vehicle, the modifications that Pawan Kalyan made are not allowed, besides the colour.

The officials of the transport department further said that the vehicle has to be thoroughly checked when the manufacturer had secured the permission for the modifications or not.

With all these problems ahead, it is to be seen if Pawan Kalyan would be able to use the vehicle for his election campaign or would make changes including the colour.

In this connection Advocate Dileep Sunkara said- "Army green is a dark yellowish toned green with the hex code #454B1B. So, we may argue that the color of Pawan Kalyan's vehicle is not exactly the same Army color as mentioned in the code, after examining".
