KTR Vows To Disturb Naidu Sleep In AP!

Telangana Rashtra Samithi’s newly appointed working president K T Rama Rao on Saturday vowed to create sleepless nights for Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu in the latter’s home turn in the coming assembly and Lok Sabha elections.

KTR told media here that the TRS would definitely going to play a crucial role in Andhra Pradesh elections.

“I will now say how it is going to be and will leave it to your imagination. But we shall work in such a direction that would change the political dynamics in Andhra Pradesh,” he said.

He, however, hastened to add that the TRS’ interference in Andhra elections will be part of its overall strategy to build a non-Congress, non-BJP federal front.

“Our effort would be to ensure that a strong regional party comes to power in Andhra Pradesh so that it could play a strong role at the national level,” he said.

The TRS working president refused to comment directly when asked the TDP would also be part of the proposed federal front, it necessary.

“Why TDP? There are other strong regional parties in Andhra Pradesh as well,” he said.

He, however, said the TDP was going to be reduced to insignificant and irrelevant party after 2019 elections.

“As far as my assessment goes, the TDP will not have any role in politics by next year. It is going to disappear soon,” he said.

At the same time, KTR clarified that the TRS had no personal enmity with either the TDP or its president N Chandrababu Naidu.

“We differ with each other politically. We are neither friends nor enemies of any party, for that matter, whether it is TDP or YSR Congress party or Jana Sena Party,” he asserted.
