Lokesh turns romantic on wedding day!

Telugu Desam Party general secretary and former Andhra Pradesh Information Technology minister Nara Lokesh has often been dubbed by his political detractors, particularly YSR Congress party leaders, as “pappu,” insofar as his political and oratorical skills are concerned.

But on his personal front, Lokesh has proved himself a romantic and perfect match for his wife Nara Brahmani.

The son of former chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and daughter of senior actor and TDP MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna never tried to keep their personal life a secret and never hesitate to display their affection for each other.

On Monday, the couple celebrated their 12th marriage anniversary and Lokesh shared a romantic message expressing his love for Brahmani in the social media. Sharing a picture of their affectionate moment, Lokesh tweeted:

“12 years. 144 months. 4,383 days. 1,05,192 hours. 63,11,520 minutes. 37,86,91,200 seconds. Not a second out of those went by without me loving you from the bottom of my heart. Happy Anniversary @brahmaninara!!

The couple tied the knot on August 26, 2007, and blessed with a boy child Devansh. Nara Brahmani is serving as the Managing Director of Heritage Group. She also campaigned for TDP during the general elections in Andhra Pradesh.

Lokesh’s tweet evoked huge response from his followers, who congratulated the lovable couple on their anniversary. Yet, there are always some people who chose to make fun of Lokesh on this happy occasion as well.

“Marriage day wishes bhayya! You have been entertaining us, who regularly follow you on Twitter, with so much comedy every day. Imagine how much you have been making Brahmi  (Brahmanandam) laugh so much with your comedy,” a follower commented.

Another netizen made a sarcastic comment: “Bane gurthundi anniversary date” (It is surprising you remember your anniversary date)!

“Happy anniversary. Always listen to your elders,” was a suggestion from another follower.

“Pappu baaga vandudda mee avida?” (Will your wife cook pappu (dal) very well?) asked another netizen.

Another person lamented: “Iyanakunna sudi lo manaku konchem vunna ekkado vuntam raa..” (We would have been in a different world had we got the kind of luck Lokesh has).

“You are lucky to have @brahmaninara, but not @brahmaninara,” said another netizen, implying that Lokesh is not suitable for Brahmani.

While one person complimented Lokesh for wearing shirt with full of flowers (poola chokka kevvu keka), a woman follower felt that Lokesh need not take to social media for posting personal greetings for his wife.

“We are much interested in your work in the society as part of your job,” she said.
