The film is about to be wrapped up shortly and Tej is getting ready to kick start his next film with Deva Katta. It will be bankrolled by Bhagavan and Pulla Rao.
The director of Prasthanam has been working on this script for a while now. It is believed to be a serious drama with contemporary societal and political issues.
Tej is exploring new themes after he suffered a streak of flops with commercial potboilers.
Deva Katta hasn’t delivered a successful film post Prasthanam. He remade it in Hindi recently but it didn’t yield desired results.
He is hoping to bounce back with in-form Sai Dharam Tej who is not in a mood to take a break at the moment.
