Rashmika Offers Apology to Kannadigas

Rashmika is a Kannada girl. She began her career in her home industry – the Kannada film industry but she attained stardom in the Telugu film industry.

However, Rashmika Mandanna didn’t dub her voice in Kannada in “Pushpa The Rise”, her first pan-Indian film.

Along with Allu Arjun, Rashmika is promoting the film in multiple cities.

On Wednesday, she attended a press meet in Bengaluru. When one of the reporters asked why she had not dubbed her voice in Kannada, Allu Arjun explained that she wanted to say her dialogue, but there was not enough time to complete it.

“We were shooting for the film until recently. Director Sukumar and we have felt that the best way is to hire dubbing artists to speed up the work,” he said.

Rashmika apologized for not dubbing her voice in her mother tongue and promised she would do it for the second part of “Pushpa”.

Rashmika played Srivalli, Allu Arjun’s love interest in the film. She dubbed her Telugu lines on her own.
