To this, Rana answered, "There were many rumors on me. It's is known for all. Miheeka also knows about them. She was grown up in Mumbai and Hyderabad. She knows everything. I don't think the present generation youngsters think much about these relationships. Though it may sound odd for a few, Miheeka never bothers about such gossips".
Rana has also shared that Miheeka is not aware of his ill health much. By the time she came to know about it, he was already doing well. So Rana says that Miheeka has no worry about his health as well.
