Puri Jagannath, after tasting the worst blow of 'Liger', is getting ready to make a sequel of iSmart Shankar as per the sources.
It is said that the JGM which was announced and almost a schedule is done is shelved now. But so far the producers spent Rs 20 Cr on this film and so a solution has arrived on this issue.
My Home group invested Rs 20 Cr on JGM, but now their investment will be compensated while producing iSmart Shankar-2. In addition, Vijay Deverekonda will be doing a film for My Home Group separately. That way the total investment of them will not go to waste.
Right now Vijay Deverakonda is doing Khushi and after this he is committed to do a film for Dil Raju. Sometime back, things moved with Indraganti Mohana Krishna as the director but somehow that was paused.
So after Khushi, Vijay will be doing a film for My Home and another one for Dil Raju. So the film JGM will come into picture only after all these assignments. Somehow JGM (Jana Gana Mana) is not happening for Puri Jagannath. Whenever he desires to make it, somehow or other he is losing the opportunity.
