According to an engineer at Twitter who spoke to the BBC anonymously, Elon Musk is accompanied by at least two bodyguards everywhere he goes in the company's San Francisco headquarters, even to the restroom.
The engineer described the bodyguards as "bulky" and "tall," and said they looked like they were from a Hollywood movie.
The engineer also suggested that Musk's behavior indicated a lack of trust in Twitter's employees.
Additionally, the engineer stated that Musk's priorities are financial in nature, and that he even tried to sell office plants to employees.
It's not uncommon for high-level executives to have security details provided by their companies at significant expense.
